The EGLE (European Guide to Legal Expertise) project - Rome, May 2015

Email from Mister Jean-Raymond Lemaire:

Dear Friend,

As you may know, the plenary conference of the EGLE project on the civil judicial expertise in Europe will be held on May 29th in the Italian Court of Cassation in Rome.

This conference will close one year of works of the magistrates, lawyers, experts and academics of the European Union, who studied, compared, and discussed on the themes of the mission and the report of the expert, the skills and their evaluation, and on the question of the business ethics.

- The keynote speech will be pronounced by Mister Giorgio Santacroce, the First President of the Italian Court of Cassation. Mister Alain Nuée, Honorary First President of the Appeal Court of Versailles, will present the works with Mister Philippe Jacquemin, expert and vice-president of the EEEI.

- This introduction will be followed by the presentations of the works of EGLE’s Working groups and by the debates in which every actor concerned by the stakes in the judicial expertise in Europe is invited to participate.

As member and sympathizer of the EEEI, we ask for your support with your members and contacts to encourage them to participate to this conference, so that this event is the widest possible success.
